Original language: ukПОРЯДОК ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ ОПЛАТИ ТА РОЗРАХУНКІВ
Оплата поставленого товару здійснюється Замовником у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування коштів у безготівковій формі на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника.
Оплата Замовником Постачальнику вартості товару проводиться за фактично поставлений товар, відповідно рахунку та видаткової накладної Постачальника, за цінами, вказаними у специфікації (Додаток 1 до Договору), на поточний рахунок Постачальника, протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів з дати підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін відповідних видаткових накладних.
Моментом оплати поставленого товару є дата списання грошових коштів з розрахункового рахунку Замовника.
У разі затримки фінансування розрахунки за отриманий Товар здійснюються протягом 7-ми банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником фінансування на свій розрахунковий рахунок.
Витрати, пов’язані з транспортуванням (поставкою товару) враховані в п.4.1 цього Договору.
СТРОКИ ПОСТАВКИ ТОВАРУ
Строк поставки товару: до 12 червня 2026 року.
Порядок здійснення поставки: поставка Товару здійснюється одноразово після підписання договору (за допомогою поштового, телефонного зв’язку, електрона пошта, тощо) від уповноважених осіб Замовника протягом 3-х робочих днів.
Датою поставки вважається дата, зазначена представником Замовника на відповідних товаросупровідних документах, наданих Постачальником, про приймання Товару (накладних про поставку товару).
