Джерело фінансування закупівлі: Кошти підприємства. Мова тендерної пропозиції українська. Тендерна пропозиція та усі документи, які передбачені вимогами тендерної документації та додатками до неї та підготовлені безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою1. Якщо документи викладені іншими мовами, учасник надає документ мовою оригіналу з обов’язковим перекладом українською мовою. Тексти повинні бути автентичними, визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою. Відповідальність за якість та достовірність перекладу несе учасник. 1Ця вимога не стосується документів, що подаються учасниками на підтвердження відповідності товару технічним і якісним характеристикам, які в оригіналі складені російською мовою (зокрема, але не виключно: ТУ, кресленики, паспорт, інструкція, тощо), а також документів наданих сторонніми підприємствами, організаціями чи установами (зокрема, але не виключно: договори, накладні, акти, виписки, листи, технічні специфікації, сертифікати, паспорти тощо). 1Ця вимога не стосується документів про освіту, записів в трудових книжках, посвідчень водія, посвідчень про перевірку знань, які можуть бути складені українською та/або російською мовами.
