Картопля столова пізня, клас перший, ДСТУ 9221 - 3000,00 кг.. ДСТУ9221:2023 «Картопля продовольча. Технічні умови».Бульби картоплі цілі, чисті, здорові, сухі, не порослі, без ознак в’ялості, рожевого, жовтого або червоного кольору (в середині білого або жовтого кольору). Картопля повинна бути середнього розміру (вага картоплини має бути 90-170 грамів), розмір не менше 50 мм в діаметрі округло-овальної форми. Без механічних ушкоджень, не уражена сільськогосподарськими шкідниками і хворобами, без цвілі, загнивання, запарювання, сторонніх присмаків та запахів. Не допускаються бульби позеленілі, зів'ялі, розтиснуті, підмерзлі, з наявністю органічних і мінеральних домішок. Картопля має бути очищена від землі сухим способом. Товар не повинен містити генетично модифіковані організми (ГМО), а також мати необхідний документ що підтверджує якість та відповідність товару вимогам, встановленим до нього загальнообов’язковими на території України нормами і правилами.
