Place of delivery of goods: 20401, Cherkasy region, Talne, Zamkova St., 93. Delivery period (term) of goods: from the date of signing the contract until December 15, 2026 inclusive. Delivery of Goods is carried out in full compliance with the verbal/written request of the Buyer within five working days from the date of submission of the verbal/written request, in full, having previously agreed on the delivery time with the Buyer. The size of each batch is determined according to the Buyer's monthly financing and needs. The Seller must deliver Goods to the Buyer, the quality of which meets the requirements of the current legislation for such types of goods, in particular, the current requirements of TU U 16.1-009942 07-005:2018 "Firewood. Classification, accounting, technical requirements", TU U 16.1-31128012-001:2020 "Firewood, firewood and fuel chips", and also have no defects in товарний вигляд. Tree species that can be supplied as firewood for non-industrial use of hardwood species: birch, oak, beech, ash, acacia, hornbeam, maple, elm, larch. The Seller ensures the supply of firewood in the form of trunk sections, logs, firewood. The Seller guarantees the quality of the goods at the time of delivery. Hardwood firewood must be cleaned of knots and branches, without rot and decay. Firewood size by length: not more than 1.9 m.
