Склад - Жири та вершки коров’ячого молока 100%. За вмістом молочного жиру- вершкове масло селянське 73 %, вагове, вищого ґатунку, без рослинних домішок. Наявність немолочних жирів та білків не допускається.
Запах - Чистий, характерний для вершків, без сторонніх запахів.
Смак - Чистий, добре виражений вершковий, можливий присмак пастеризації. Без сторонніх присмаків.
