Поставка товару здійснюється партіями згідно Графіку поставки товару.
Графік поставки товару: щотижнево, а саме два рази на тиждень:
Сметана 20%, фасування 350-400г, плівка поліетиленова, ДСТУ 4418:
по вівторках (з 08-00 до 12-00 години) – у кількості 15 кг
по п’ятницях (з 08-00 до 12-00 години) – у кількості 20 кг
Таким чином всього щотижнево має бути поставлено - 35 кг.
Замовник має право в односторонньому порядку змінити Графік поставки товару, в тому числі щотижневу кількість товару, яка має бути поставлена Постачальником, про що повідомляє Постачальника не пізніше ніж за 3 (три) календарні дні до дати поставки товару.
Повідомлення/Замовлення здійснюється Замовником за телефоном (в тому числі може здійснюватися шляхом використання мессенджерів Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram) та додатково може дублюватися на електронну адресу Постачальника, що зазначені у розділі 13 договору.
Допускається відхилення ваги товару на кратність кг у одиниці пакування.
