Original language: ukПоставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями згідно з заявкою / замовленням Замовника. Обсяг кожної партії визначається Замовником залежно від фактичної потреби. Партією Товару за Договором вважається поставка Товару в обсязі, що визначений за кожною окремою заявкою Замовника. Поставка товару здійснюється, в день зручний для Замовника, транспортом Постачальника в робочі дні з 08.00 до 14.00 години. Постачальник зобов’язаний передавати Замовнику належні документи, що підтверджують якість Товару (Сертифікати. Декларації на товар , тощо) з кожною партією товару. Транспортування – постачання, вантажно-розвантажувальні роботи здійснюються транспортом Постачальника чи транспортом перевізника за рахунок Постачальника. Товар повинен відповідати технічним, кількісним та якісним вимогам Замовника. Термін придатності продукції на момент поставки повинен складати не менше 80% від установлених відповідною документацією для кожного окремого виду товару
