Постачальник власними силами, засобами та за власний рахунок відповідно до умов даного Договору зобов’язується здійснити поставку Товару/ відповідної партії Товару не пізніше 5 робочих днів з моменту отримання від Замовника заявки як письмово (зокрема, в електронному форматі), так і у телефонному режимі щодо поставки Товару/ відповідної партії Товару, але не пізніше 20 грудня 2026 року.
