Original language: ukТермін придатності Товару на момент поставки повинен становити не менше 75 % терміну придатності, визначеного виробником Товару, але в будь-якому разі - не менш як 12 місяці(-в).
Постачальник власними силами, засобами та за власний рахунок відповідно до умов даного Договору зобов’язується здійснити поставку Товару/ відповідної партії Товару не пізніше 5 робочих днів з моменту отримання від Замовника заявки як письмово (зокрема, в електронному форматі), так і у телефонному режимі щодо поставки Товару/ відповідної партії Товару, але не пізніше 20 грудня 2026 року.
Країною-походження Товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
