The Supplier is obliged to provide the Customer with the necessary documents confirming the quality of the Goods (Certificates, Declarations for goods, etc.) with each batch of goods. Transportation - delivery, loading and unloading operations are carried out by the Supplier's transport or by the carrier's transport at the Supplier's expense. The goods must comply with the Customer's technical, quantitative, and qualitative requirements. The shelf life of the products at the time of delivery must be at least 90% of that established by the relevant documentation for each type of goods, but not less than 24 months. Delivery of goods is carried out within 5 working days from the date of order, on a day convenient for the Customer, by the Supplier's transport on working days from 08:00 to 14:00. The Supplier guarantees that the country of origin of the goods to be supplied to the Customer, both on the date of delivery and on the date of conclusion of this agreement, is not the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.
