DK 021:2015:39830000-9 - Cleaning products (Glass cleaning agents)

The participant confirms that the Goods (including their components) offered in the bid for this procurement were not acquired by them/are not produced by a third party registered or carrying out actual economic activities in the territory of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Islamic Republic of Iran, in the temporarily occupied territory or in settlements where the state authorities of Ukraine do not temporarily exercise their powers, and in settlements located on the contact line, as well as in countries whose independence is not recognized by Ukraine, and were not acquired/produced in the territory of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Islamic Republic of Iran, in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. Furthermore, before the conclusion of the Agreement, they are obliged to provide the Customer with an original certificate of origin of the goods, by which the manufacturer or its representative, dealer, or distributor authorized by the manufacturer (the authority of such representative, dealer, or distributor must be documented by the manufacturer) for the distribution of its products in Ukraine, confirms the supplier's ability to deliver the goods according to the nomenclature, quantity, and characteristics defined in its Price Offer and Technical Specification, and complies with the Specifications and technical characteristics of the Customer's Announcement for requesting supplier proposals. The supplier also guarantees that the goods do not contain raw materials originating from the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus and/or the Islamic Republic of Iran.

By submitting its proposal, the participant confirms that the ultimate beneficial owners, members and/or participants and/or shareholders of the Supplier, whose share in the Supplier's charter capital is 10 percent or more, are not the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Islamic Republic of Iran, citizens of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Islamic Republic of Iran, except for those legally residing in Ukraine, and are not legal entities established and registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Islamic Republic of Iran, except for cases where assets have been transferred for management to the National Agency for Detection, Search and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes in accordance with the law.
