The supply of Goods is carried out on the basis of a Goods supply request, sent by the Buyer to the Supplier in writing or as a message to the Supplier's specified email address, and must contain the name of the Goods, quantity, price, delivery time, and other terms of Goods delivery important for the Parties. The Supplier is obliged to deliver no later than 3 working days from the date of receipt of the request.
The acceptance and transfer of goods are carried out by authorized representatives of the Parties according to the waybills, which must specify the name, unit of measurement, and quantity of Goods units.
Payments are made by the Buyer's cashless payment within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the documents by the Parties, according to which the Goods are transferred.
In case of delay in budget financing, payment for the supplied goods, without applying any penalties to the Buyer, is made within 3 (three) banking days from the date of the Buyer receiving the budget allocation for the financing of the purchase to its registration account, but no later than 31.12.2026.
By participating in the request for supplier proposals, the potential supplier confirms full and unconditional agreement with all the terms of this Agreement. In accordance with paragraph 57 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 14.09.2020 No. 822 "On approval of the Procedure for formation and use of an electronic catalog", the country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran.
To confirm the absence of grounds for rejection, defined by paragraph 5 of clause 62 of Resolution No. 822, the participant, within 2 days from the moment of proposal disclosure, provides information on the origin of the goods, obtained from the manufacturer, its representative or distributor (with proper confirmation of their powers in the form of powers of attorney or manufacturer authorization letters). Such information must be dated no earlier than the date of publication of the price proposal request announcement in the electronic procurement system, addressed to the Customer, and must contain: the procurement number, the name and quantity of the goods, the name and country of the manufacturer, the country of origin of the goods in accordance with the technical specification in the electronic procurement system.".
