Original language: ukПоставка Товару здійснюється на підставі заявки на поставку Товару, що надсилається Постачальнику Покупцем в письмовій формі або у вигляді повідомлення на вказану Постачальником адресу електронної пошти, та мають містити найменування Товару, кількість, ціну, строк поставки та інші важливі для Сторін умови поставки Товару. Постачальник зобов'язаний здійснити поставку не пізніше 3 робочих днів з дня отримання заявки.
Приймання-передача товару провадиться уповноваженими представниками Сторін за накладними, у яких повинні бути визначені найменування, одиниця виміру, кількість одиниць Товару.
Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Покупцем в безготівковому порядку протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дня підписання Сторонами документів, згідно з якими відбувається передача Товару.
У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлені товари, без застосування будь-яких штрафних санкцій до Покупця, здійснюється протягом 3-х (трьох) банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок, але не пізніше 31.12.2026року.
Беручи участь у запиті пропозицій постачальників, потенційний постачальник підтверджує повну та безумовну згоду з усіма умовами цього Договору. Відповідно до пункту 57 Постанови КМУ від 14.09.2020 № 822 «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу», країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація, Республіка Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран.
Для підтвердження відсутності підстав для відхилення, визначених абзацом 5 пункту 62 Постанови №822, учасник протягом протягом 2-х днів з моменту розкриття пропозицій надає інформацію щодо походження товару, отриману від виробника, його представника або дистриб’ютора (з належним підтвердженням їхніх повноважень у вигляді довіреностей або авторизаційних листів виробників). Така інформація має бути датована не раніше дати оприлюднення в електронній системі закупівель оголошення про проведення запиту ціни пропозицій, адресована Замовнику та містити: номер закупівлі, найменування і кількість товару, назву та країну виробника, країну походження товару відповідно до технічної специфікації в електронній системі закупівель».
