Ice Miller NAE #1 for the provision of Employee Benefits Tax Consulting Services in relation to pension systems PIN 02521X01662 or 025165X10000A56; E-PIN 025175N00437 Ice Miller NAE #1 for the provision of Employee Benefits Tax Consulting Services in relation to pension systems for Legal Counsel Division PIN 02521X01662 or 025165X10000A56; E-PIN 025175N00437 Given the need for such consulting services, the Department is seeking a negotiated acquisition extension contract in order to maintain continuity of services while it completes a new procurement for these services. The Department needs to enter into an extension contract with the current contractor because of the need to maintain continuity of services, which are critical to the mission of the Department while the Department completes the procurement of a new contract for these services. The contract resulting from this negotiated acquisition extension procurement will be terminated if the new contract awards are registered prior to the end date of the negotiated acquisition contract.
