The Customer rejects the supplier's offer if the country of origin is the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran. The goods are supplied to the Buyer by the Supplier's transport and at the Supplier's expense to preschool educational institutions in batches according to the schedule and route of food supply 2-3 times a week, on DDP terms - Buyer's warehouse (Incoterms 2010 edition) in packaging that ensures its preservation during transportation, loading and unloading operations and preservation within the shelf life established by current regulatory documents. The supply of goods is carried out on working days from 5:00 to 17:00. It is forbidden to deliver substandard goods to educational institutions. The remaining shelf life at the time of delivery is at least 60% of the total shelf life established by the manufacturer. Each batch of goods must be accompanied by documents confirming their compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements (provide documents certifying the quality and safety of the proposed products, the availability of which is provided for by current legislation (quality certificate or manufacturer's declaration or declaration of conformity or certificate of conformity)). The delivery of products is carried out by road transport in accordance with Sanitary Rules and the presence of personal medical books of personnel for drivers, forwarders, driver-forwarders in accordance with Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 150 dated 21.02.2013. The supplier independently carries out unloading operations at the preschool educational institution.
