Посетителски център на Атанасовско езеро и кула за наблюдение на птици в поземлен имот с идентификатор 07079.622.132 по КККР на гр. Бургас, УПИ V, кв.1 по плана на Парк езеро, гр. Бургас. Преди да започне изпълнението на същинските дейности е необходимо да се изготви ситуационна схема на прилежащото пространство с площадкови Ел и ВиК връзки за захранване на двата модула в съответствие с приложената от възложителя схема. Към документацията е приложено подробно геодезическо заснемане на терена с отразени съществуваща дървесна растителност и храсти, шахти и подземни инфраструктурни проводи, в ПИ с идентификатор № 07079.622.132 по КККР на гр. Бургас, УПИ V, кв.1 по плана на Парк езеро, гр. Бургас. При доказана необходимост от премахване на дървесна растителност, да бъде изготвена санитарна експертиза на всяко конкретно дърво, съгласно формуляр санитарни експертизи приложен формуляр /Приложение №1, към чл.7, ал.2, съгласно Наредбата за изграждане и опазване на зелената система на територията на община Бургас, приета с решение на Общински съвет - Бургас, по т.2, Протокол № 45/31.07.2018 г./ Формуляра се попълва и подписва ръчно на място от арборист, ландшафтен архитект, лесоинженер в обем и минимално съдържание съгласно Приложение №4 към заданието. При внасяне на нова растителност мерките за зелена градска инфраструктура върху открити пространства да са съобразени с „Препоръките за зелени мерки в градска среда за намаляване на вторичното разпрашаване“.Препоръките са на линк: https://www.eufunds.bg/bg/opos/node/10500. Към документацията да се изготвят детайли за вид и организация на настилките, преходи бордюри озеленени площи по възможност без регули. Всички места за дървета и преходи към озеленени площи да се предвидят на ниво терен без задигнати бордюри.
