This Competitive Sealed Bid (RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York Citys online procurement portal.To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page, and click on the Procurement Navigator blue box.
