BID NOTICE Regarding the demolition of the old school building of Uemaki Junior High School and exterior improvement work, pre-qualification general competitive bidding comprehensive evaluation winning bid method (simplified Type I) will be executed as follows, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 167-6 of the Local Autonomy Act (Showa 22, Ordinance No. 16), the following is hereby announced.
Furthermore, this work is a work (client-designated type) that promotes a two-day weekend closure of construction sites as part of efforts to create an environment that increases new entrants to construction sites, in order to secure and develop a workforce for the construction industry.
The supplementary cost for the two-day weekend is included in the initial budget, and will be deducted if not achieved.
