2 Bidding Participation Qualifications This construction work will be bid on by a single entity or a joint venture of two companies (hereinafter referred to as "Joint Venture").
(1) Qualifications required for bidding as a single entity are as follows:
Required Construction Industry License: Specified/General (Electrical Construction) Gifu Prefecture Construction Work Bidding Qualification Register: Registered Industry/Total Score: Electrical Construction / Total Score 750 points or more Construction Experience Requirements: Must have experience in constructing the following works as the prime contractor by the application deadline date after fiscal year 2011. (Experience as a member of a joint venture is limited to those with a capital contribution ratio of 40% or more.) However, for works ordered by the national government or Gifu Prefecture, those with an evaluation score of less than 65 points are excluded. Construction experience of electrical works stipulated by the Construction Industry Act, completed and delivered, with a contract cost of 149 million yen or more. On-site Technical Staff Requirements: The chief technical officer or supervising technical officer engaged in this work must meet the following criteria (a and c, or b and c) and be able to be assigned at the start of the contract period for this work. However, they must be able to be assigned exclusively from the start of on-site construction (December 1, Reiwa 9 (2027)). If the Special Provision No. 1 for Exclusive Assignment, Special Provision No. 2 for Exclusive Assignment, or Article 26-5 of the Construction Industry Act is applied, exclusive assignment is not required. Technical staff assigned during the factory manufacturing or material procurement period, and not involving on-site construction, do not need to be the same as the chief technical officer or supervising technical officer for on-site construction. Such technical staff may meet criteria (a or b) and be assignable at the start of the contract period for this work. Furthermore, technical staff assigned during the factory manufacturing period are not necessarily required to be exclusively assigned if they are manufactured under an integrated management system with other similar works within the same factory. a. However, experience as an additional technician required in addition to the chief technical officer, supervising technical officer, or assistant supervising technical officer stipulated by the Construction Industry Act, when a contract is concluded at a price below the low bid price investigation standard price, is excluded.
