Bidding Participation Qualifications The qualifications required for participation in this bid are as follows: Required Construction Industry License: Specific/General (Civil Engineering Construction) Registered Industries and Total Score on the Gifu Prefecture Construction Bid Participation Qualification List: Civil Engineering Construction, Total Score 930 points or more Conditions Regarding Construction Experience: Must have experience as the prime contractor in constructing the following types of work by the application deadline date in FY 2011 or later (experience as a member of a joint venture is limited to those with a capital participation ratio of 40% or more). However, for work ordered by the national government or Gifu Prefecture, projects with a construction performance evaluation score of less than 65 points will be excluded. Experience in civil engineering construction work as defined by the Construction Industry Act, with a completed and delivered project cost of ¥28,000,000 or more. Conditions Regarding On-site Technicians: The chief technician or supervising technician engaged in this construction must meet the following criteria (a and c, or b and c) and must be able to be assigned at the start of the contract period for this construction. However, they must be able to be assigned exclusively from the start of on-site construction (October 18, Reiwa 8 (2026)). Note: Exclusivity is not required when applying Special Provision No. 1 for exclusive assignment, Special Provision No. 2 for exclusive assignment, and Article 26-5 of the Construction Industry Act. a. Must be a Professional Engineer (Construction or Agriculture Department "Agricultural Civil Engineering", "Agricultural and Rural Engineering") or possess equivalent or higher qualifications. b. Must be a Class 1 Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer, Class 2 Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer, or possess equivalent or higher qualifications. c. Must have experience as a chief technician, supervising technician, assistant supervising technician, or site manager for civil engineering construction work as defined by the Construction Industry Act, with a completed and delivered project cost of ¥17,000,000 or more, as the prime contractor, by the application deadline date in FY 2011 or later. Standard Score and Additional Score ① Standard Score: If the standard conditions are met, 100 points will be awarded as the standard score. ② Additional Score: Points will be awarded according to the evaluation criteria. 4.
