Bidding Eligibility Requirements The qualifications required for participation in the bidding for this construction work are as follows: Required Construction Business Permit: Specific/General (Civil Engineering Construction) Registered Industries and Overall Score in the Gifu Prefecture Construction Work Bidding Eligibility Register: - Civil Engineering Construction: Overall Score of 750 points or more Conditions Regarding Construction Experience: Bidders must have experience as the prime contractor in the following construction work, completed and delivered by the bid application deadline in FY 2011 or later (experience as a member of a joint venture is limited to cases where the investment ratio is 40% or more): - Construction work defined by the Construction Industry Act (Civil Engineering Construction), with a contract value of 7.6 million yen or more, completed and delivered. However, for construction work ordered by the national government or Gifu Prefecture, those with an average construction performance evaluation score of less than 65 points are excluded. Conditions Regarding Assigned Technicians: The chief technician or supervising technician engaged in this construction work must meet the following criteria (a and c, or b and c) and be able to be assigned at the start of the contract period. However, they must be able to be assigned exclusively from the start of on-site construction (October 10, Reiwa 8 (2026)). Note: Exclusivity is not required when applying Special Provisions No. 1 and No. 2 for exclusivity, or when applying Article 26-5 of the Construction Industry Act. a.
