Bidding Eligibility Requirements The qualifications required for participation in the bidding for this construction work are as follows: Required Construction Business Permit: Specific/General (Civil Engineering Construction) Registered Industries and Overall Score in the Gifu Prefecture Construction Work Bidding Eligibility Register: - Civil Engineering Construction: Overall Score of 750 points or more Conditions Regarding Construction Experience: Bidders must have experience as the prime contractor in the following construction work, completed and delivered by the bid application deadline in FY 2011 or later (experience as a member of a joint venture is limited to cases where the investment ratio is 40% or more): - Construction work defined by the Construction Industry Act (Civil Engineering Construction), with a contract value of 11 million yen or more, completed and delivered.
