Original language: RussianУмови доставки: EXW (Інкотермс 2020) – Постачальник вважається таким, який здійснив поставку Товару, коли завантажить Товар в транспортний засіб Замовника на своєму підприємстві або іншому місці за адресою: ______, відстань до якої не перевищує 15 км. від місця розташування шляхово-експлуатаційної дільниці Замовника: м. Запоріжжя, вул. Зачиняєва, 4 за даним руху по автомобільним дорогам, що дозволяють рух вантажних автомобілів. Завантаження Товару в кузов автотранспорту Замовника здійснюється силами та засобами Постачальника. Відпуск Товару здійснюється через автомобільні ваги. Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями за заявкою Замовника, в якій зазначається найменування та кількість Товару, що підлягає поставці, а також Замовник має право визначати орієнтовний час відвантаження Товару Постачальником. Заявка надається у будь-якій зручній формі (в усній чи письмовій, особисто, в телефонному режимі, факсимільним способом, електронною поштою, тощо). Відвантаження партії Товару здійснюється у строк 1 (один) робочий день з моменту направлення Замовником заявки Постачальнику. При необхідності, Замовник має право вимагати безперебійну поставку Товару 24/7, здійснивши заявку Постачальнику за добу.
Умови оплати: Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника, зазначений у Договорі, на підставі оформлених належним чином рахунку-фактури, видаткової накладної, підписаної уповноваженими представниками обох сторін, після отримання Замовником бюджетних призначень на підставі ст. ст. 48, 49 Бюджетного кодексу України протягом 60 календарних днів з дня отримання бюджетних призначень на предмет даного Договору на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
Постачальник повинен передати (поставити) Замовнику Товар, якість якого відповідає ДСТУ 8959:2019, ДСТУ Б В.2.7-119:2011 та іншим діючим в Україні стандартам, технічним умовам, нормативам.
Умови забезпечення договору: Банківська гарантія в розмірі 5 відсотків від вартості Договору.
Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
