Various cleaning and - in case of infection or epidemic - disinfection of railway passenger vehicles participating in public transport (Part I: in 13 cleaning stations) in compliance with and fulfillment of the Public Procurement Documents (KD), in the following quantities: The information or planned service quantities are determined by AK in 'performance units', considering that service items cannot always be specified in piece units. Performance unit = the quantity according to the specified units of measurement (piece, m2, hour) of individual cleaning tasks. In case of a successful procedure, AK will conclude a Framework Agreement for a framework quantity of 8,748,760 performance units (36 months) + an additional extension option of up to 12 months (in case of an extension of up to 12 months, an additional maximum of 2,896,920 performance units). If the extension is for a period shorter than 12 months, the quantities will be determined proportionally to the duration of the extension. AK - during the term of the Framework Agreement - may order the performance of services through Framework Agreements concluded according to § 105 (1) a) of the Public Procurement Act, in parts and at a pace determined by its decision, up to the framework quantity of the Framework Agreement, with no commitment to partially or fully exhaust the framework quantity. AK is entitled to unilaterally determine the framework quantity of the Framework Agreements to be concluded and the framework quantity subject to ordering obligation, with the framework quantity subject to ordering obligation being at least 77% (seventy-seven percent) of the framework quantity of the respective Framework Agreement. The term of the Framework Agreements is 1 (one) year, except for Framework Agreement(s) that can be concluded during the extended term of the Framework Agreement, which may be concluded for a maximum period of 12 months. If the Framework Agreement to be concluded during the extended term of the Framework Agreement is not concluded for the maximum 12-month period, then the framework quantity of this Framework Agreement will be determined proportionally, based on the quantity determined for 12 months, in relation to the duration of the Framework Agreement expressed in months. The ordering obligation is planned for 2,275,288 performance units/12 months (based on the quantity of cleaning activities for 12 months + the quantity of disinfection required in case of infection or epidemic for 2 months). The quantity not subject to the ordering obligation is planned for 679,632 performance units/12 months (based on the quantity of cleaning activities for 12 months + the quantity of disinfection required in case of infection or epidemic for 2 months). AK does not undertake to partially or fully exhaust the part of the framework agreement's framework quantity not subject to the ordering obligation. AK will only order disinfection tasks in case of infection or epidemic.
