The entire task, i.e., the scope of work carried out in the Municipalities of Lądek, Ostrowite, Strzałkowo, includes works to be carried out in a design and build formula, related to: - development of comprehensive, multi-branch design documentation, covering all works specified in the functional-utility program regarding the supply and installation of photovoltaic systems and photovoltaic systems with energy storage for residential buildings, - execution of photovoltaic installations or photovoltaic installations with energy storage, - execution of additional works, specified in the program in the functional-utility program regarding the supply and installation of photovoltaic systems and photovoltaic systems with energy storage for residential buildings. b. The gross cost of design documentation cannot exceed 4% of the construction costs within individual municipalities - within the part. c. Devices and construction products used by the Contractor must: – be brand new, no older than 2025 (for photovoltaic installations) and no older than 2024 (for electricity storage units), – have an operating and user manual in Polish, – have a written warranty from the manufacturer or contractor regarding quality, – be introduced into commercial circulation in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 13, 2016, on conformity assessment systems and market surveillance (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1854), – have a declaration of conformity with the provisions specified in the harmonized Community legislation and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of March 9, 2011, laying down harmonized conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC - 'CE' marking or have a national declaration of performance issued on the basis of the provisions of the Act of April 16, 2004, on construction products (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213) - 'B' marking, - other requirements for photovoltaic installations and energy storage units are specified in the PFU.
