Part 1 of the procedure – tactical gloves, as described in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ (Part 1 of the procedure – description of the subject of the order – tactical gloves) and in Annex No. 1B to the SWZ (dimensions table)

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of tactical equipment for the criminal departments of the Lower Silesian garrison. A detailed description of the subject of the order (assortment specification, quantities, dimensions allowing for the identification of the required size of the assortment) is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order – hereinafter referred to as OPZ, which is Annex No. 1A to the SWZ and in the Dimensions Table, which is Annex No. 1B to the SWZ. 2. Part 1 of the procedure – tactical gloves, as described in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ (Part 1 of the procedure – description of the subject of the order – tactical gloves) and in Annex No. 1B to the SWZ (dimensions table). 3. Conditions for the execution of the order The Ordering Party has described in the Draft Contract Provisions – hereinafter referred to as PPU, which constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. Names and codes of the order according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 18424000-7 – Gloves, 18410000-6 – Special clothing. 5. Place of delivery. The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the order to the Warehouse of the Supply Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław, ul. Sokolnicza 12, 53-676 Wrocław. 6. Requirements regarding accessibility for disabled persons. With regard to the condition specified in Art. 100 sec. 1 of the Pzp Act concerning accessibility for disabled persons, referred to in Directive (EU) 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement (OJ EU L No. 94, p. 65), the Ordering Party informs that there are no specific requirements regarding the accessibility of the described subject of the order for disabled persons. 7. Requirements regarding employment on the basis of an employment relationship (Art. 95 of the Pzp Act). Activities related to the execution of the order do not involve performing work as defined in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, 807). 8. Equivalent offers - Chapter V, sec. 8 SWZ. 9. Admissibility of subcontractors: The Contractor may entrust the execution of the order to subcontractors. In the case of executing the subject of the order using subcontractors, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to indicate those parts of the order that it intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the proposed subcontractor companies (Part II Section D of the ESPD document) – if they are known to him at this stage. 10. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to submit subject-specific evidence. 11. Order execution deadline: 11.1. The contract will be concluded for a period of up to 30 working days, starting from the date of conclusion of the contract. 11.2. The Contractor shall notify the representatives of the Ordering Party of the readiness to deliver special equipment by fax or telephone at least one day before the planned delivery date. 11.3. Detailed conditions for the execution of the order, which will be included in the content of the future public procurement contract, are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – PPU. 12. The Contractor shall be bound by the offer for a period of 90 calendar days. The first day of the offer binding period is the day on which the deadline for submitting offers expires. 13. The Ordering Party has not specified the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 14. The proceedings are conducted in the form of an open tender – Art. 132 of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320) – hereinafter referred to as the Pzp Act. 15. The Ordering Party foresees the application of the procedure referred to in Art. 139 of the Pzp Act, the so-called "reverse procedure". 16. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of a bid security. 17. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of a security for the proper performance of the contract. 18.
