Предмет на поръчката е избор на изпълнител за: „Сервизно обслужване на специализирана апаратура в УМБАЛ „Света Марина“ ЕАД за период от 1 (една) година“ /ВТОРО ОБЯВЯВАНЕ/ - Роботизирана хирургична система da VINCI Xi инсталационен кит (хирургическа конзола, видео платформа, количка за пациента с 4 ръце) и инсуфлатор за СО2“ Настоящата обществена поръчка е част от обществена поръчка с предмет: „Сервизно обслужване на специализирана апаратура в УМБАЛ „Света Марина“ ЕАД за период от 1 (една) година“ с прогнозна стойност в размер на 464 333,33 лева (четиристотин шестдесет и четири хиляди триста тридесет и три лева и тридесет и три стотинки), разделена в три обособени позиции (ОП), както следва: ОП № 1 - Роботизирана хирургична система da VINCI Xi инсталационен кит (хирургическа конзола, видео платформа, количка за пациента с 4 ръце) и инсуфлатор за СО2 – 292 666,67 лв. (двеста деветдесет и две хиляди шестстотн шестдесет и шест лева и шестдесет и седем стотинки) без вкл. ДДС; ОП № 2 - Пълна сервизна поддръжка на автоматизиран робот за разтваряне на цитостатици APOTECAchemo с включени резервни части и консумативи – 130 000,00 лв. (сто и тридесет хиляди лева) без вкл. ДДС; ОП № 3 - Сервизно обслужване на хемодиализни апарати в Клиника по хемодиализа с включени резервни части – 41 666,66 лв. (четиридесет и една хиляди шестстотин шестдесет и шест лева и шестдесет и шест стотинки) без вкл. ДДС; След провеждане на процедурата за възлагане на обществена поръчка „Сервизно обслужване на специализирана апаратура в УМБАЛ „Света Марина“ ЕАД за период от 1 (една) година, публикувана в РОП с УИН 00502-2025-0016, Обособена позиция № 1 – „Роботизирана хирургична система da VINCI Xi инсталационен кит (хирургическа конзола, видео платформа, количка за пациента с 4 ръце) и инсуфлатор за СО2“ е прекратена на основание чл.110, ал.1, т.2 от ЗОП, тъй като единствения участник подал оферта е отстранен на основание чл. 107, т. 5 от ЗОП във вр. с чл. 9л, ал. 5 от ППЗОП, тъй като не е декриптирал предложената от него Ценова оферта в срока по чл.9л, ал.4, т.2 от ППЗОП и същата не отговаря на поставените от Възложителя условия за представяне. Решението за прекратяване №D47533638/21.08.2025 г. е влязло в законна сила на 02.09.2025 г. С настоящата обществена поръчка се обявява за втори път открита порцедура за възлагане на обществена повърка с предмет „Сервизно обслужване на специализирана апаратура в УМБАЛ „Света Марина“ ЕАД за период от 1 (една) година“ /ВТОРО ОБЯВЯВАНЕ/ - Роботизирана хирургична система da VINCI Xi инсталационен кит (хирургическа конзола, видео платформа, количка за пациента с 4 ръце) и инсуфлатор за СО2“
