(4) Construction Period: From the weekday following the contract signing date until December 25, 2026 (5) This work is subject to electronic bidding through the electronic procurement system. However, those who find it difficult to use the electronic procurement system may, with the consent of the contracting party, use paper bidding. (6) This work is a trial project for the post-contract value engineering (VE) method, which accepts proposals on construction methods after contract signing.
