入 札 公 告下記のとおり一般競争入札に付します。
令和８年６月12日 分任支出負担行為担当官 東北管区警察局秋田県情報通信部長森山 真也(公印省略)記１ 契約担当官等の官職及び氏名分任支出負担行為担当官東北管区警察局秋田県情報通信部長 森山 真也２ 競争入札に付する事項(１) 工事名及び数量 通信機器設置等工事 １式(２) 工 事 場 所 秋田県警察本部ほか(３) 工 期 契約締結日の翌日から令和９年３月26日まで(４) 入札方法等 入札金額は総価を記入すること。
なお、落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する金額を加算した価格をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
３ 競争入札に参加する者に必要な資格(１) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当しない者であること。
なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(２) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(３) 令和７・８年度の内閣府における建設工事競争参加資格審査において、「電気」又 は「電気通信」の「Ｂ」又は「Ｃ」の資格を有する者であること。
(４) 警察庁から指名停止の措置を受けている期間中の者でないこと。
(５) 警察当局から、暴力団又は暴力団員が実質的に経営を支配する事業者又はこれに準ずる者として、国発注業務等からの排除要請があり、当該状態が継続している者でないこと。
(６) 秘密の内容を含む事項の場合は、当方が必要とする秘密の保全に関する事項について、当方の承認が得られている者であること。
(７) 下記４の入札説明書を受領した者であること。
４ 契約条項を示し、入札説明書の交付を行う場所及び期間(１)場 所 秋田県秋田市山王四丁目１番５号 秋田県警察本部 本庁舎５階 東北管区警察局秋田県情報通信部 事務室(２)期 間 入札公告掲載の日から令和８年７月１日(水)まで (ただし、土曜日、日曜日及び祝祭日を除く。) ９時00分から12時00分まで及び13時00分から17時00分まで(３)その他 入札説明書の交付及び契約条項等の説明を希望する者は、第３項(３)に記載している資格を有する旨を証明する書類(写)を持参すること。
また、役員名簿(有価証券報告書に記載のもの(生年月日を含む。)ただ し、有価証券報告書を作成していない場合は、役職名、氏名、性別及び生年 月日の一覧表)等を入札書の提出時までに提出すること。

８ 契約書等作成の要否要９ 工事成績評定 本件工事は、公共工事の品質確保の促進に関する法律第７条に規定する工事成績評定 案件である。
工事成績評定については、完成検査及び既済部分検査を実施した時に成績 評定を行い、評定結果を請負者に対して工事成績評定通知書により通知する。
10 その他入札説明書の交付を希望する者は、事前に11の問合せ先に連絡すること。
