Preparation of ready meals by the winning bidder in their own facility based on a central menu, daily and per portion delivery to educational and teaching institutions within the scope of the contracting authority's responsibilities, including the delivery of diet and allergy-friendly ready meals (sealed, labeled, single-use, microwaveable, single-portion packaging) based on the requirements of Decree 37/2014 (IV.30.) EMMI, on school days according to the following main quantities, as well as weekly regular removal of food waste at their own expense in 2 parts. Furthermore, rental of kitchens: Part 1: 1 kitchen. For the rented kitchens, menu A and B must be provided in the associated catering facilities. The winning bidder must equip and furnish the kitchens; the contracting authority will provide them empty. In the case of diet meals, the bidder must provide for allergens and intolerances listed in Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council, in accordance with the Public Catering Regulation. The task of the winning bidder includes the procurement of raw materials for catering, the preparation of meals in their own kitchens based on a central menu, and delivery to serving locations in appropriate food transport containers. The provided Excel table contains the performance locations and portion numbers, and the Technical Description and draft contract contain further requirements. Part 1 normal meals daily portion numbers: morning snack: 260 portions, lunch: 2300 portions, afternoon snack: 260 portions diet meals: breakfast: 44 portions, morning snack: 39 portions, lunch: 106 portions, afternoon snack: 41 portions, dinner: 38 portions. The removal and disposal of food waste are the responsibility and cost of the winning bidder. The contracting authority informs bidders that, based on practical experience from previous years, deviations greater than 30% from the above portion numbers are not expected.
