入札参加資格(1)相生市制限付一般競争入札実施要領第３条による｡(2)公告日から開札日までの間、兵庫県から指名停止を受けていない者。
(3)土木一式工事の業種において競争入札に参加する資格を有する者。
(4)土木一式工事に係る建設業の許可を受けている者。
(5)建設業法に規定する、土木一式工事に係る経営事項審査結果の総合評点が市内に本店を有する者で550点以上、かつ、経営事項審査結果の実績が2,300万円以上の者。
(6)本工事に対応する建設業法に規定する、土木一式工事に係る主任技術者を工事現場に配置することが出来る者。
(7)相生市(相生市教育委員会を含む。)と契約した手持工事が４件ある場合は、入札参加資格がないものとする。
(8)前号において、委託契約及び随意契約はこれに含めない。
また、入札参加申込中の工事がある場合は、これを契約した手持ち工事に含めるものとする。
(9)入札に参加しようとする者の間に資本関係又は人的関係がないこと。
(10)入札が成立する入札申込参加者数は１者以上とする。
入札参加の申込期間 (1)公告日から令和８年４月１３日(月)まで(2)電子入札での受付は、午前９時から午後８時までただし、最終日は午前９時から午後３時まで (土曜日、日曜日、祝日を除く。)(3)紙入札での受付は、午前９時から午後５時まで ただし、最終日は午前９時から午後３時まで(土曜日、日曜日、祝日を除く。)※電子入札での時間はシステム上の時間となりますので、注意すること。
入札申込方法 (1)電子入札システムによる。
(2)紙入札者は、相生市役所財務部財政課(庁舎２号館２階)まで持参に限る。
入札書及び工事等積算内訳書の受付・提出期間(1)令和８年４月２０日(月)から令和８年４月２２日(水)まで(2)電子入札での受付は、午前９時から午後８時までただし、最終日は午前９時から午後３時まで (土曜日、日曜日、祝日を除く。)(3)紙入札での受付は、午前９時から午後５時まで(厳封の上) ただし、最終日は午前９時から午後３時まで(土曜日、日曜日、祝日を除く。)※電子入札での時間はシステム上の時間となりますので、注意すること。
(4)入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の１００分の１０に相当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に１円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てた金額)をもって契約金額とするので、入札者は消費税に係る課税業者であるか免税業者であるかを問わず、契約希望金額の１１０分の１００に相当する金額で入札すること。
開札時間 令和８年４月２３日(木)１１時１０分(予定)同額入札の場合の落札決定開札の結果、落札となるべき同額入札者が２人以上あるときは、電子くじにより落札者を決定する。

閲覧期間及び場所公告日から令和８年４月１３日(月)まで(土曜日、日曜日、祝日を除く。)午前９時から午後５時まで財務部財政課で(庁舎２号館２階)設計図書の質問方法 設計図書に関して質問がある場合は、書面により財政課までFAXで提出すること。

(Tel 0791-23-7116)設計図書の質問期間 公告日から令和８年４月１４日(火)まで午前９時から午後５時まで(土曜日、日曜日、祝日を除く。)質問に対する回答 令和８年４月１７日(金)限 相生市ホームページで公表その他 (1)申込資料の作成及び提出に要する費用は、提出者の負担とする｡(2)落札決定後、本契約締結までの間に落札した者が兵庫県及び本市入札参加資格の制限又は指名停止を受けた場合は、契約を締結しないことがある。
(3)主任技術者として届け出た者は、当該工事がすべて完了するまでは、退職等極めて特別な場合を除いて変更できない。
(4)配置する主任技術者は、当該工事の競争入札公告日以前の３ケ月以上の雇用関係を必要とする。
添付書類(入札参加申込時に 添付)(1)資本関係・人的関係調書(市内本店業者は不要)(2)雇用証明書等、配置する主任技術者の雇用関係証明を添付すること。
添付書類(入札書提出時に 添付)(1)工事等積算内訳書(設計図書の工事費内訳書の全て)※入札書に記載する金額は、工事費内訳書の金額を超えての記載は無効となるので、注意すること。
