Public procurement description: Arable farming will take place in the Pécel areas, with the cultivation of grain crops and annual fodder crops, in the vicinity of the settlement of Pécel, in the area located at latitude 47 29' 00'' and longitude 19 26' 00''. (Cadastral numbers: 0174; 0172/4; 0206; 0211; 0216/3; 0181, 0269, 0225, 0249, 0241, 0231) The area administratively belonging to Pécel, (Locsod) is part of the Natura 2000 network, where the relevant regulations must be fully complied with during the performance of the contract to be concluded under this procedure. The task of the successful bidder is to perform the cultivation works ordered by the Contracting Authority through individual orders under the Framework Agreement and within its scope, along with the tasks organically related to them. The successful bidder must provide the full technical, personnel, etc. background necessary for cultivation, in terms of cultivation equipment, machinery and vehicles, and specialists. The Contracting Authority will send separate orders to the Successful Bidder in EKR for all cultivation operations to be performed, including the exact tasks and quantities. The fulfillment of the order must begin within 7 days at the latest, unless the order specifies a different start date. Framework amount: net HUF 130,000,000. The organic fertilizer to be applied is deep-littered cattle and poultry manure, and so-called small ruminant manure generated at the NBGK HGI facility (total annual quantity approximately 1000 m3/year). This is not sufficient for nutrient supply, and the additional required amount of nutrients will be applied in the form of mineral fertilizers. The Contracting Authority will provide a plant protection manager with a chamber identification number for plant protection operations, whose instructions the Successful Bidder must comply with, and with whom all information must be shared immediately...
