Hankinnan kohteena on Huittisten kaupungin väistökoulun muutos- ja korjaustöiden rakennusurakka (pääurakoitsija, jaettu urakka). Hankkeessa nykyinen ns. väistökoulurakennus muutetaan viisiryhmäiseksi päiväkodiksi sekä Satakunnan hyvinvointialueen käyttöön tulevaksi perhekeskukseksi. Korjaus- ja muutostöiden yhteydessä rakennukseen rakennetaan uusi väestönsuoja ja kiinteistön piha-alueita kunnostetaan. Hanke toteutetaan jaettuna urakkana, jossa rakennusurakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana.
