1st Section Central Area 1. Budapest

The contracting authority (AK) intends to conclude a framework agreement in the amount of HUF 450,000,000 net for the subject of the first section of this procedure, Passenger Transport Service in Central Areas – Budapest sub-tender, according to Section 105 (2) b) of the Public Procurement Act. The contract covers the provision of free passenger transport tasks originating from, arriving in, or passing through Budapest. The expected maximum number of buses to be used simultaneously is: 20 standard buses with a minimum of 45 seats, 15 standard minibuses with a minimum of 18 but a maximum of 23 seats. The main parameters of the buses to be involved in the performance, further details in the technical description which is part of the procurement documents: Minimum 45 seats; • Has a minimum EURO IV environmental rating or diesel engine emission certification; • Equipped with air conditioning; • Has at least 2 remotely operated doors; • Vehicle classified as M3/III according to the technical description. Minimum 18 but maximum 23 seats standard minibus • Minimum 18 but maximum 23 seats; • Has a minimum EURO IV environmental rating or diesel engine emission certification; • Equipped with air conditioning; • Has at least 1 remotely operated door; • Vehicle classified as M2 or M3/B according to the technical description. The expected distance to be covered during the term of the framework agreement is 657,526 km, for which the contracting authority does not undertake any obligation. The largest single order expected to be placed by the contracting authority at any one time is 78,710 km, this data is for information purposes only and the contracting authority does not undertake any obligation for it. Standard bus: A single-part, single-compartment vehicle designed for passenger transport, not connected to an electric overhead line, which has – including the driver's seat – a minimum of 45 or more permanent seats. Standard minibus: A single-part, single-compartment vehicle designed for passenger transport, not connected to an electric overhead line, which has – including the driver's seat – a minimum of 18, and a maximum of 23 permanent seats. The number of framework agreements to be awarded to the bidders with the most favourable offer according to the evaluation criteria is: 3 (three). Where reference is made to a product, origin, type, process, activity, person, or patent or trademark of the make, origin, or type specified in the procurement documents, the designation is made solely to clearly and understandably define the nature of the subject matter, and the phrase "or equivalent" shall be understood to be included. The exact locations of performance will be determined in the second part of the procedure, during direct ordering / reopening of competition / written consultation.
