1st part Central area 1. Budapest

The Contracting Authority (CA) intends to conclude a framework agreement as a result of the 1st phase of this procedure for the subject of Passenger transport services in central areas – Budapest sub-offer, in accordance with Section 105 (2) b) of the Public Procurement Act, with a total framework amount of HUF 450,000,000 net. The subject of the contract is the provision of free-of-charge passenger transport tasks originating from, arriving in, or passing through Budapest. The expected maximum number of buses to be used simultaneously is: 20 units of min. 45-seater solo buses, 15 units of min. 18 but max. 23-seater solo minibuses. The main parameters of the buses to be involved in the performance, further details in the technical description which is part of the procurement documents: Minimum 45 seats; • Has a minimum EURO IV environmental rating or diesel engine emission certification; • Equipped with air conditioning; • Has at least 2 remotely operated doors; • Vehicle classified as M3/III according to the technical description. Minimum 18 but maximum 23-seater solo minibus • Minimum 18 but maximum 23 seats; • Has a minimum EURO IV environmental rating or diesel engine emission certification; • Equipped with air conditioning; • Has at least 1 remotely operated door; • Vehicle classified as M2 or M3/B according to the technical description. The expected distance to be covered during the term of the framework agreement is 657,526 km, for which the Contracting Authority does not undertake any obligation. The Contracting Authority's expected maximum single order amount at any one time is 78,710 km, this data is for information purposes only and the Contracting Authority does not undertake any obligation for it. Solo bus: A single-piece, single-compartment vehicle intended for passenger transport, not connected to an electric overhead line, which has – including the driver's seat – a minimum of 45 or more permanent seats. Solo minibus: A single-piece, single-compartment vehicle intended for passenger transport, not connected to an electric overhead line, which has – including the driver's seat – a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 23 permanent seats. The number of framework contractors to be selected based on the evaluation criteria is: 3 (three). Where reference is made to a product, origin, type, procedure, activity, person, or patent or trademark of the type specified in the procurement documents, the designation is made solely for the purpose of clearly and comprehensibly defining the nature of the subject matter, and the phrase "or equivalent" shall be understood to be included. The exact locations of performance will be determined as the second part of the procedure, during direct ordering / reopening of competition / written consultation.
