Integration of Public Administration and 1st Degree Local Government Bodies into the support.gov.gr Digital Services Support Platform of gov.gr

The objective of this project is to integrate Public Administration bodies and first-degree Local Government bodies into the support.gov.gr platform, which is part of the broader gov.gr digital services ecosystem. The core of the project involves the procurement, installation, and configuration of a unified, single-vendor, commercial software platform. This platform must support multi-channel citizen services and be interoperable with the existing horizontal unified service Support.gov.gr, thereby expanding the support capabilities offered to citizens and businesses. The project includes the integration of thirty (30) Public Administration bodies and all first-degree Local Government bodies. Furthermore, it entails the development of fifty (50) new digital support services aimed at assisting citizens in their daily lives, with a particular emphasis on services relevant to local government functions. This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and accessibility of public services by leveraging digital technology and centralizing support functions, making it easier for citizens and businesses to interact with government entities.
