1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie prac w zakresie zimowego utrzymania dróg i chodników w pasie drogowym na terenie miasta Bytomia w podziale na części z możliwością zastosowania opcji. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony jest na części: Część 1: Szlaki komunikacyjne. 3. Kompleks części objętych zamówieniem w każdej części dla zakresu podstawowego oraz zakresu opcjonalnego stanowi wypełnienie obowiązków związanych z utrzymaniem czystości i porządku na pasach drogowych dróg publicznych i wewnętrznych w granicach administracyjnych miasta Bytomia, nałożonych na Zamawiającego zgodnie z art. 5 ust. 1 pkt. 4), ust. 4 i 5 ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (t.j.
