Поръчката включва следните дейности и проектни части: - Извършване на цялостно обследване за енергийна ефективност по диференциран подход на сградата на ВЕЦ, състояща се от производствена и административна част, отчитайки специфичното предназначение и нормативни изисквания за всяка функционална зона. Изготвяне на Доклад от обследване за енергийна ефективност, придружен от Сертификат за енергийни характеристики на сграда в експлоатация за съществуващото състояние на цялата сграда; - Актуализация и допълване на съществуващ инвестиционен проект за укрепване на ВЕЦ „Троян 1“, съдържащ: - Изготвяне на работен проект за подмяна на съществуващата покривна конструкция; - Актуализация на съществуващия проект за укрепване, във връзка с решенията за подмяна на покривната конструкция. - Изготвяне на проект по част „ Енергийна ефективност“ във фаза „Технически проект“ за сградата на ВЕЦ „Троян-1“, на база доклада от обследване за енергийна ефективност и приетия от възложителя пакет от мерки. - Изготвяне на оценка на съответствието по част „Конструктивна“; - Отстраняване на забележки, възникнали при изготвяне на Комплексен доклад за оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект със съществените изисквания към строежите съгласно изискванията на Закон за устройство на територията (ЗУТ) и при съгласувателни процедури за издаване на разрешение за строеж. - Упражняване на авторски надзор, съгласно изискванията на Закона за устройство на територията по време на изпълнението на актуализирания проект.
