Original language: Greek«Εκτέλεση εργασιών απομάκρυνσης αποθέσεων επικίνδυνων αποβλήτων και περιορισμού της περιβαλλοντικής ζημίας σε ρυπασμένους χώρους που βρίσκονται εντός των ορίων της Αποκεντρωμένης Διοίκησης Αττικής, από την απόρριψη επικίνδυνων αποβλήτων περιορισμένης έκτασης, για περιπτώσεις ρύπανσης ενός χώρου με επικίνδυνα απόβλητα συνεπεία ατυχήματος, έκτακτου περιστατικού ή φυσικής καταστροφής ή για περιπτώσεις που ο ιδιοκτήτης, νομέας ή κάτοχος ακινήτου δεν τηρεί τις υποχρεώσεις που προβλέπονται στην παρ. 2 του άρθρου 48 του Ν. 4819/21 και αφού τηρηθεί η διαδικασία της παρ. 3 του ίδιου άρθρου», εκτιμώμενης αξίας εκατόν τεσσάρων χιλιάδων ευρώ (104.000,00 €) πλέον ΦΠΑ 24% (128.960,00€ συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Φ.Π.Α.).
