Dukla Forest District - execution of forest management works on an area of 14,914 ha, including: 1) execution of forest inventory along with preliminary determination of timber stand volume and determination of management recommendations using orthophotomap and ISOK data; 2) execution of timber resources inventory based on the statistical representative sampling method of volume measurement described in chapter 4.1 of the Forest Management Instructions; 3) development of forest inventory results; 4) development of valuation results, including the preparation of a management map, management overview maps, overview maps, and a situational map; 5) preparation of summary tables of inventory data (in the form of tables and lists) and collection of supplementary data for the forest management plan and nature conservation program, taking into account the forecast of the impact of the forest management plan on the environment and Natura 2000 areas; 6) preparation of a general description of the forest district's forests, concerning matters related to the forest inventory and its results; 7) preparation of timber stand valuation descriptions; 8) preparation of a verified and updated Nature Conservation Program for the Dukla Forest District, preparation of a map of natural and cultural values; 9) inclusion in the PUL project of the provisions of applicable planning documents for Natura 2000 areas located on the Forest District's land; 10) preparation of a forecast of the impact of the forest management plan on the environment and Natura 2000 areas, including a map of protected areas and forest functions, taking into account the requirements indicated in the agreement on the scope and level of detail of this forecast. 3.1.2. Execution of hydrological study for part of the catchment area within the territorial scope of the Dukla Forest District in accordance with the methodology described in the Forest Management Instructions, vol. II, chapter II, and in annex no. 9 to the SWZ. The scope of the awarded contract also includes: 1) verification of the continuity and consistency of polygonal and linear layers for land adjacent to the objects covered by the order; 2) control of the correctness of the transformation from coordinate systems, in force in the Land and Building Register, to the PUWG 1992 system, and in case of irregularities, their elimination in agreement with the Ordering Party; 3) Conducting training for field employees of forest districts on the methodology for determining standing timber resources. The training should be conducted immediately before the control of measurements on circular plots. The Contractor shall notify the substantive department of RDLP in Krosno about the date of the training. 4) ensuring, at the Contractor's cost and effort, scientific support for the hydrological studies indicated in points 3.1.2, 3.2.2, and 3.3.2, consisting of substantive supervision over the methodology, correctness, and completeness of the hydrological studies. Scientific support may be provided by a person with at least a doctoral degree in Earth and Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, who also has documented professional or scientific experience in hydrology or water management. Ensuring scientific support consists of obtaining a relevant opinion stating the correctness of the executed study; 5) execution, based on ISOK data, for the entire territorial scope of the Forest Districts mentioned in points 3.1.1, 3.2.1, and 3.3.1: - contour lines - cut every 5 m (format .shp, lines), - shaded terrain relief (format *.tif), pixel size 1x1m, - digital terrain model, - digital land cover. 3.5.1 The Ordering Party reserves the right to change within (+/-) up to 100 ha the area of land for which studies will be carried out for individual Forest Districts, which may result from the verification of the land register, real estate transactions (exchanges, acquisitions, sales), transfer or expiry of management during the performance of management works, which will not affect the remuneration amount.
