Предметът на настоящата поръчка включва доставката на 1 (един) брой нов (неупотребяван) мини верижен товарач, ведно с фабрично ново, съвместимо прикачно оборудване, включващо 1 бр. горски мулчер (дробилка), 1 бр. косачка и 1 бр. фреза за асфалт. Доставката следва да съответства на технически изисквания, заложени в Техническата спецификация на Възложителя. Предметът на поръчката включва всички необходими предварителни дейности по употребата на мини верижния товарач и прикачно оборудване, като инсталационни работи, тестване и други. Доставката ще се осъществи до Общинско предприятие „БКРД“ в град Карнобат, Промишлена зона – Север в срок, предложен от участника, считано от датата на получаване на възлагателно писмо за извършване на доставката, изпратена от страна на Възложителя до Изпълнителя. Доставката и предаването/получаването на предмета на обществената поръчка ще се удостоверява с подписване в два екземпляра на двустранен приемо-предавателен протокол от страните или техни упълномощени представители, след проверка за отсъствие на несъответствия на техниката с техническите характеристики, представени в Техническото предложение на Изпълнителя и Техническата спецификация на Възложителя. Изпълнението на поръчката включва доставка, гаранционно (сервизно обслужване) и гаранционна отговорност. Всички разходи по отстраняването на гаранционни повреди и/или несъответствия по време на предложения гаранционен срок са за сметка на Изпълнителя. Регулярното техническо обслужване на машината се извършва от Изпълнителя и е за сметка на Възложителя.
