Technical maintenance and repair The maintenance and repair of the equipment is carried out on-site, and if not possible - at a service base owned or leased by the contractor, authorized by the manufacturer(s), within the country, within the warranty periods and warranty (service) maintenance. 2.2. Other requirements 2.2.1. The equipment must be accompanied by an operating instruction or manual in Bulgarian. 2.2.2. The equipment must be accompanied by documents certifying its quality and origin and the documents necessary for its registration. 2.3. Warranty liability and warranty requirements. 2.3.1. The contractor shall guarantee the full functional suitability of the delivered equipment, according to their intended purpose and the technical specification. 2.3.2. Full warranty service provided for a period of at least 12/twelve/ months. 2.3.3 The warranty period begins to run from the date of signing the acceptance-transfer protocol for the delivery without remarks. The participant shall submit a report on the technical services during the warranty period, including consumables, materials, labor, and transport to the place of delivery.
