Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej OPZ) – Program Funkcjonalno-użytkowy, w Załączniku nr 3.1 (Załączniki do OPZ) oraz w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ).
