PERCEEL 1 ONDERHOUD CIVIELE KUNSTWERKEN
De gemeente Rotterdam is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud aan Civiele kunstwerken in haar gemeente. Het huidige onderhoudscontract kunstwerken en kademuren loopt van rechtswege af op 31 december 2026. Om deze reden dient het werk opnieuw in de markt gezet te worden.
Het contract is erg divers qua werkzaamheden, zoals onder meer grondwerk werkzaam- heden, innovatie van slijtlagen, onderhoud aan gemetselde constructies, vervangen van beschoeiingen en het oplossen van storingen en calamiteiten.
