The subject of this public procurement is: Part 10 Cover sheets, tap cabinets II. the supply of products that fully comply with the technical specifications and requirements set out in the relevant procurement documents - particularly, but not exclusively, in the document titled Technical Description - to a consignment warehouse and based on the individual orders of the Contracting Authorities, for a total net value of HUF 34,355,581. DRV Zrt., as the central purchasing body designated under Section 32 (1)-(2) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.) and also the Contracting Authority, is initiating a public procurement procedure for the procurement of pipeline materials within the framework established as a result of the participation phase initiated by the participation call with identification number TED 2025/S 173-591391-2025 (EKR001454792025), in accordance with Section 107 (7) of the Kbt., as follows: The subject of this bidding phase is the procurement of pipeline materials, Part 10_II. for Bajavíz Kft., Borsodvíz Zrt., DMRV Zrt., ÉRV Zrt., Kiskunvíz Kft., TRV Zrt., the procedure is Part 10 Cover sheets, tap cabinets II. As a result of the procedure, Bajavíz Kft., Borsodvíz Zrt., DMRV Zrt., ÉRV Zrt., Kiskunvíz Kft., TRV Zrt. intend to conclude a framework purchase agreement, with the establishment of a consignment warehouse in each case, for a period of 12 months, with a 6-month extension option for Part 10 Cover sheets, tap cabinets Part II., as detailed in the technical description and draft contract attached to the procurement documents. The Contracting Authorities will conclude the framework agreement for a fixed period of 12 months, with a 6-month extension option, for a total framework amount of HUF 34,355,581 net, from which the Contracting Authorities are entitled to place individual orders in the following quantitative distribution: Bajavíz Kft.: for a net amount of HUF 1,697,845; Borsodvíz Zrt.: for a net amount of HUF 7,000,000; DMRV Zrt.: for a net amount of HUF 11,472,716; ÉRV Zrt.: for a net amount of HUF 6,074,200; Kiskunvíz Kft: for a net amount of HUF 272,000; TRV Zrt.: for a net amount of HUF 7,838,820; The Contracting Authority draws the attention of the tenderers to the fact that the delivery requirements and quantities - including the proportion and quantity of individual products within the bidding part - will vary depending on the current operational needs, excluding the consignment quantities specified in the contracting authority's requirements for the consignment stock defined in the procurement documents, which must be kept in stock in accordance with the provisions of the contract to be concluded. The quantities specified for individual products have been determined based on previous usage experience, so-called empirical, estimated quantities. The empirical/estimated quantities have been provided to facilitate a well-founded assessment of the bids and to determine the total net bid price; the quantities to be delivered under the framework agreement may differ from these empirical, estimated data to any extent. The tenderer must submit its bid with knowledge of the foregoing. The unit prices of the winning bid will be fixed in the framework agreement to be concluded, and based on these unit prices, the use from the consignment stock and individual orders will be ordered and settled within the quantity of the total framework amount under the framework agreement to be concluded. The Contracting Authority informs the tenderers that the framework agreement will terminate if the period fixed in the framework agreement expires, or if the total value of the individual orders reaches the total net framework amount (with or without optional quantities) and the delivery and consideration of the last individual order have been fulfilled. The winning Tenderer must ensure the delivery and unloading of the ordered products to the address specified by the customer, the provision of the consignment stock, and the performance of related tasks, as stipulated in the procurement documentation and the contract to be concluded.
