Tender Participation Qualifications: Matters related to qualifications for participating in competitive tenders for construction work, etc. in Kushiro City for fiscal years 2025-2026 (as stipulated in Article 167-5, Paragraph 1 of the Local Autonomy Act Enforcement Order (Cabinet Order No. 16 of 1947; hereinafter referred to as the "Enforcement Order"), and Article 3 of the Contract Regulations). Method of Determining Successful Bidder, etc. (1) As this is a post-qualification review general competitive tender, confirmation of tender participation qualifications and determination of the successful bidder will be conducted after the tender. (2) Among bidders who submitted bids within the limit of the estimated price, the bidder with the lowest bid price will be determined as the successful bid candidate, and the award will be reserved, with the declaration that the successful bid will be determined later. If a successful bidder is determined as a result of the review, the qualification review for other bidders will not be conducted, excluding those who have already been reviewed. (6) If, as a result of the review, the subject bidder is found not to meet the tender participation qualifications, they will be notified of this fact by a notice of ineligibility for tender participation.
