Within Town A: 750 points or more, Within Town B: 750 points or more, Kamo Area: 1,000 points or more, Within Prefecture: 1,200 points or more, Outside Prefecture: 1,200 points or more. Construction Experience Requirements: Must have at least one construction experience of filling underground cavities (1,000m3 or more) as the prime contractor, either as a single company or a joint venture, for projects ordered by the national government, special corporations, local governments, local public corporations, public interest corporations, or land readjustment associations. However, experience as a member of a joint venture is limited to cases where the investment ratio is 40% or more. *Underground cavities refer to artificially created cavities such as lignite mining cavities and special underground tunnels. Site Engineer Requirements: Must be able to appropriately assign a chief engineer or supervising engineer to the construction site in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Industry Act. Business Office Location Requirements: Must have a business office registered in Gifu Prefecture, Aichi Prefecture, or Mie Prefecture in the Mitake Town Competitive Bidding Participant Qualification List (Construction Contracts). Other Conditions: (1) The conclusion of the contract for this tender shall be made only if the application for plan change under Article 8, Paragraph 2 of the "Gifu Prefecture Nankai Trough Great Earthquake Old Mineral Mining Area Disaster Prevention Construction Subsidy (Ground Weakness Survey and Disaster Prevention Construction Portion)" Grant Guidelines is approved, and the resolution of the assembly is obtained in accordance with Article 96, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of the Local Autonomy Act (1947 Law No. 67) and Article 2 of the Ordinance on Contracts and Acquisition or Disposal of Property Subject to Assembly Resolution by Mitake Town (1964 Ordinance No. 6). Both the contracting party and the contractor may terminate the provisional contract by mutual agreement if the conclusion of the main contract is not expected even after a considerable period has passed since the provisional contract. (7) Must not have filed for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under Article 17, Paragraph 1 of the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (2002 Law No. 154), nor have had such proceedings commenced against them under Paragraph 2 of the same article. (8) Must not have filed for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under Article 21, Paragraph 1 of the Civil Rehabilitation Act (1999 Law No. 225), nor have had such proceedings commenced against them under Paragraph 2 of the same article. (9) Must not have been suspended from bidding qualifications by Mitake Town based on the "Measures Ordinance for the Exclusion of Violent Groups from Contracts by Mitake Town (2010 Administrative Order Ko No. 41)" during the period from the application deadline for confirmation of bidding qualifications to the date of bidding, or must not fall under the criteria for measures listed in the appendix of the same ordinance. Margin Period Setting Construction: In the case of margin period setting construction, the following items shall apply. (1) This construction work is set with a margin period to ensure a smooth construction execution system for the contractor, allowing for preparation such as securing construction materials and labor in advance. The contractor can arbitrarily set the construction start date within the construction start deadline indicated by the contracting party. (2) The construction start date cannot be a holiday. A construction start date where the end of the construction period falls on a holiday cannot be set. (3) The contractor must notify the construction start date using the form specified by the contracting party within 3 days from the day after the award decision date. (4) A margin period does not require the assignment of a chief engineer or supervising engineer, or a site manager. (5) A margin period allows for the preparation of materials that are not brought to the site, but construction activities such as material delivery and installation of temporary structures must not be commenced. The preparation work to be carried out within the margin period shall be at the contractor's responsibility. (6) If the contract is concluded after the construction start deadline due to low bid price investigation, etc., a margin period cannot be set. 7.
