During building demolition, watering shall be performed and sheeting shall be used for curing to prevent dust scattering. 15) RELEVANT LAWS: Compliance with the "Act on the Recycling of Materials in Construction Works" (Construction Recycling Act), the "Waste Management and Public Cleansing Act" (Waste Management Act), or the "Ordinance on Prevention of Disorders due to Specified Chemical Substances, etc." Construction material waste generated from this work shall be processed at a proper facility permitted by Okinawa Prefecture based on the Waste Management Act. Temporary storage outside the site is generally prohibited. For demolition work, notification under Article 5 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act shall be made. 16) PREVENTION OF SOILING OF PUBLIC ROADS AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES: All measures shall be taken to prevent soiling of public roads and community facilities, and any unforeseen events shall be dealt with immediately. 17) VARIOUS SIGNBOARDS: The following signboards shall be installed at various locations inside and outside the site: ◆ Safety signs ◆ Traffic signs ◆ Others as instructed. 18) CONSTRUCTION SIGNBOARD: Made of plywood, white background, Gothic font. The names of related contractors shall also be displayed. 19) PROCEDURES WITH GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC OFFICES: All necessary procedures with government and public offices for this work shall be coordinated in advance and carried out without delay. 20) MATERIAL TESTING: Certificates of various material tests shall be promptly submitted to the construction supervisor. 21) INSPECTION: When undergoing inspection, the details of the inspection (classification, date, and time) shall be clearly stated in advance. The inspection shall only be conducted with the attendance of the self-construction supervisor (site representative, supervising engineer, or chief engineer). Even if the inspection passes, the contractor remains responsible for "defects." * Self-construction supervisor's inspection shall be completed in advance. 22) CONSTRUCTION PHOTOGRAPHS: a For parts where the construction object is not visible or difficult to see (e.g., underground buried objects and rebar), construction photographs shall be taken as one of the means to confirm the progress and serve as reference material for inspection judgments. Thorough quality control and clear photographic management shall be implemented. b Photographs of each process shall be in color. The costs for construction, maintenance, inspection, and various expenses related thereto shall all be covered within the contract amount. Although this work is generally based on these guidelines, special specifications, and drawings, anything that is naturally necessary for construction and not explicitly stated, as well as matters stipulated by laws and regulations, shall be constructed within the contract amount. 24) APPROVAL: 1. Post-construction processing will not be accepted. Requests for approval shall clearly state the content of the approval in advance, and shall be submitted with a clear statement that it conforms to the specifications or drawings. If it is clearly found that there was intentional fraud, the approval shall be invalidated even after approval. 2. All approval matters shall be processed by the middle of the construction period. All related documents for approval shall be submitted bound in A4 size on the left. 25) DESIGN CHANGES: 1. Design changes shall be performed based on the design breakdown and quantities at the design unit price. 26) COMPLETION DOCUMENTS: 1. Upon completion of the work, the contractor shall deliver the following items with the approval of the supervisor.
