Предметът на настоящата поръчка е услуга включваща почистване на сервитутната зона (сервитута), засягаща поземлени имоти в горски и извън горски (урбанизирани, земеделски, защитени, нарушени територии за възстановяване) територии на електропровод (Въздушна Линия (ВЛ)) 110 kV Манастир, част от преносната мрежа на Р България. ВЛ 110 kV Манастир е въведена в експлоатация 2003 год., представлява връзката между п/ст Ардино, мобилна п/ст Баните и п/ст Северни Родопи и се обслужва от Управление МЕР Пловдив, отдел Смолян в участъка от стълб №29 до п/ст Северни Родопи. ВЛ 110 kV Манастир е с номинално напрежение 110 kV, с една и две тройки на стълбовната линия и триъгълно и бъчвообразно разположение на фазовите проводници, като в участъка от стълб № 77 до п/ст Северни Родопи е на обща стълбовна линия с действащ ВЕ 20 кV Свобода, експлоатиран от ЕР Юг. Трасето на ВЛ 110 kV Манастир преминава през различни категории територии, в т.ч. планински или пресечен терен, до част от които липсват пътища, и достъпа с механизация е затруднен. Почистването на сервитута е дейност, която включва: - отстраняване на дървета, храсти и клони в сервитута, върху поземлени имоти в горски територии, представляващ просека; - отстраняване и подкастряне на единични дървета, храсти и клони в сервитута върху поземлени имоти извън горски територии; - изнасяне на отсечената дървесна маса в лявата и/или дясна граница на сервитута, така че ивицата между крайните проводници да бъде освободена; - сеч и извоз на дървесина до временен склад (дърводобив). Почистването на сервитута (просеката) се налага във връзка с изискванията на чл. 765 от НТЕЕЦМ и Наредба № 16 от 2004 г. за сервитутите на енергийните обекти, чрез премахването на дървета, храсти и издънки и изнасяне на отсечените дървета, клони, храсти, издънки, вършина, отпад, сухата дървесна маса и неизползваема дървесина извън просеката, изискванията на ЗГ и другите подзаконови нормативни документи.
