When determining the successful bidder, the successful bid price shall be the amount obtained by adding 10% of the amount stated in the bid form to that amount (if there is a fraction of less than one yen, that fraction shall be rounded down). Therefore, bidders shall state in their bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of their estimated contract amount, regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt business operators for consumption tax.
