Description
The Framework is split between a core-service – where the successful bidder will run a service on behalf of NRW to support community led groups to run successful projects on the NRW Estate under a Longer-Term Agreement, this core-service will be guaranteed and have a fixed annual price.
The other aspect of the framework is for non-core-services, which will be agreed at quarterly review meetings. The non-core-services are not guaranteed and will be requested by NRW as needed and when budget constraints allow
We expect the services to be delivered across the breadth of Wales, to support the 36 community led groups with Longer Term Agreements on the NRW Estate and to support the Land Management Teams, in their Operational Areas, to manage and support the community groups to have good communication, Health and Safety practices, operate sustainably and meet NRW’s objectives for people, climate and nature
